Kate had many careers before market research – nurse, midwife, actress, producer – and they were all pivotal in shaping the person and businesswoman she is today. She always had business in her blood, and when she returned to Ireland from the UK in 2000, she started The Grafton Suite – now GRO Fieldwork.
