As the Deputy Managing Director at GRO, she will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth, innovation, and operational excellence. With over 20 years experience in market research across a range of sectors, her unique skill set encompasses a deep understanding of business strategy, team leadership, and hands-on project management.
Ailis recently completed a Diploma in Creativity, Innovation & Leadership in UCD. She is passionate about people and helping clients deliver results.
