User Testing

GRO Fieldwork Ireland provide recruitment of respondents for user testing across all markets specialising in web design and new product development. GRO have worked extensively with International renowned user experience and interface design consultants Frontend.

Hall Testing

GRO Fieldwork Ireland has a dedicated hall testing facility in Dublin city centre. The Grafton Suite has a fully-equipped kitchen, fridges and cooking facilities. We have our own hall-testing team and supervisors in Dublin, Belfast, Cork, Galway and Limerick.

The Crimson

The Crimson Suite: a luxurious, sound-proofed viewing facility with air conditioning, two-way mirror and natural lighting. Features include: DVD/digital recording, Wi-Fi,  broadband, transcription service and web streaming.

The Mulberry Suite: located on the second floor, is an elegant, sound-proofed viewing facility with air conditioning, two way-mirror and natural lighting. Features include: DVD/digital recording, Wi-Fi, broadband, transcription service and web streaming.

The Aubergine

The Aubergine meeting room is a stylish, dedicated space for business meetings, training and focus groups. Light, airy and sound proofed, with Wi-Fi and web streaming capabilities. Features include: air conditioning, digital recording and natural lighting.

The Gallery

The Gallery is a dedicated hall testing facility, with adjacent test kitchen suitable for all product tests and food tastings. Ideally located on Dublin’s most popular pedestrian street, it has a large space with natural lighting, which is also suitable for creative workshops and meetings.
